Roly tattooing a client during an appointment

Common questions

Answers beforeyou book.

How much will it hurt?

Pain is different for everyone. Tell me when you need a break. We can pause at any time.

Can you tell me the price first?

Yes. A half-day session is $700, a full day is $1,200, and multi-day pieces run from $2,200 to $4,200. Design time is included, and your deposit comes off the final total.

What happens during a full-day appointment?

Full-day appointments usually begin at 9:30 a.m. We complete the consent form, finalize the design, take measurements, map the placement, and check the stencil before tattooing begins, often around 11:30 a.m. We take lunch and bathroom breaks as needed. Some pieces may need additional time or another session so I can prioritize quality over speed.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. You can bring one support person. Your appointment takes place in a spacious, comfortable, and clean tattoo studio. Tattoo sessions are by appointment only.

What if I need to reschedule?

Give at least 72 hours notice, and your deposit can move to a new date. If you’re sick or unsure, contact me before your appointment.

How do I know it is healing normally?

Some tenderness, light redness, itching, and flaking can be part of healing. Get medical help if pain gets worse, redness spreads or darkens, or you develop pus, open sores, fever, or chills.

Will I use second spray skin or second skin?

I’ll recommend second spray skin or second skin based on your work, workouts, plans for the next two or three days, and what has worked for you before. Your written instructions will explain exactly how long to keep it on and how to remove it.

Do I need a finished concept or references?

No. Send me your idea, its approximate size, any references or visual inspiration you have, and clear photos of the body area you want tattooed. If you do not have a reference, that is okay. We’ll work through the placement, flow, and rough direction together during the consultation.

What should I bring to the appointment?

Bring valid photo ID, comfortable clothing that gives access to the placement, water, lunch for a full-day session, and any final references you want nearby. We can take lunch and bathroom breaks whenever needed.

Can you copy another tattoo?

No. I can use another tattoo as a reference, but I will make a new design for you.

Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome for consultations only. Tattoo sessions require an appointment so I can plan your design and reserve enough time for your tattoo.
