The inquiry form on this site asks for your name, a description of your tattoo idea, and how you found Roly Vizion. This information is used only to draft a text message that opens in your own phone’s messaging app, addressed to (480) 277-2894. This site does not store, transmit to a server, or otherwise retain what you type into that form — nothing is submitted until you personally send the text message from your device. Once sent, that message and any photos or references you attach become a normal text conversation with Roly Vizion, kept the same way as any other text message.

Appointments are booked through Square (book.squareup.com), a third-party scheduling and payment platform. When you book or pay a deposit through Square, you provide information — such as your name, contact details, and payment information — directly to Square, and that information is handled under Square’s own privacy policy, not this one. We receive the appointment and contact details needed to prepare for and confirm your session.

At your in-person appointment, you will complete a written consent and health history form on paper or through the studio’s intake process. That information is used only to tattoo you safely and is kept as part of your studio records; it is not collected through this website.

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Standard technical information (such as your general location, browser type, or device type) may be logged automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes, the same way most websites operate — this is not used to build a profile of you or shared for advertising.

Any information you send us through a text inquiry, phone call, Square booking, or in-person consent form is used to:

• respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation;
• book, confirm, and prepare for your appointment;
• process deposits and payments through Square;
• provide safe tattooing and aftercare guidance; and
• communicate with you about your appointment, including rescheduling.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site and process bookings (such as Square and our hosting provider).

With your permission, photos or videos of finished tattoo work may be shared on this site, Instagram, or TikTok for portfolio purposes. We ask before posting identifiable photos and will honor a request not to post yours.

This site links to Square, Instagram, and TikTok. Each of those services has its own privacy policy governing information you provide directly to them, which we do not control.

Studio consent forms and appointment records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for health, safety, and business recordkeeping purposes. Text message conversations are retained on the devices and accounts involved, the same as any personal text message.

You choose what to include in your inquiry text message and can ask us to delete photos or messages related to your inquiry at any time. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

This site and our tattoo services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
